Kozak Insurance Agency was established when Wayne Kozak began his insurance career
in 1958, and later was appointed as an agent with the State Farm Insurance
Companies. His son, Joe, began working with Wayne in 1974, and later established an
independent insurance agency - Kozak Insurance Agency. This enabled them to
offer the policyholders multiple companies while working with only one insurance
agency.
The goal of Kozak Insurance Agency is based on the traditions that were
established by Wayne Kozak during his four decades as a State Farm agent, which
is to develop long-term relationships with the policyholder by treating them as
friends and offering them Superior Protection at Affordable Prices.
